    I do not know how this was missed. Your growing conditions are totally different to ours those orchids could possibly be grown in heated hot houses. The smaller Aussie Dendrobium will tolerate snow in the winter to extreme heat in the summer.

    I have a few Slippers growing inside on the kitchen ledge and are flowering beautifully.

    :clap::clap::clap: Wonderful flowers Karthik,

    I have also some orchids, but only behind the kitchen window.
    In summer it woud be possible to put them into the garden, but I don`t do that, they flower well in the house, too and I do not have to carry them around. It is enough with the other not hardy pot plants....
