    Hello All,

Glad to be a part of this forum. I am from Bangalore, India and started my terrarium hobby a couple of years ago. Two years on, My wife also joins me in my scaping and we both have a great time gardening together. My other hobbies include aquascaping, orchid collection (& growing), cactii & succlents and of course, fishkeeping. I work for a company called Alfa Laval in the refrigeration department.

I will share a few of my works. I hope you all like it and is worth your time.

I am however, yet to make a true terrarium indoors. I hope I can make one in the near future. Looking forward to participating actively in this forum and gaining knowledge.

A very big welcome to our small but very friendly and informative Forum. Our hobbies are very similar to mine these days I had to pull my fish tanks down as it was getting to much for me as I am only 78 years young.

The only problem growing in those containers you are not getting much side lighting and extremely difficult to take a front on Photo.

You can post photos of your garden plants as we are all keen gardeners.

    Welcome to the forums Karthik.

The emersed plants looks great :)

Any photos of your orchids and aquariums as I know a few of us including myself would love to see them.

I've not long purchased but have a few miniature terrarium orchids myself along with many Emersed plants.

As Keith already mentioned we are a small community but very friendly and love to help and share our scales and plants.

Looking forward to your photos :)

    Welcome Karthik,
have a great time here !
Wonderful plants do you have there! I envy you! The little angle orchid is really cute.

I am also an enthusiastic gardener and plant collector - but most of the time the works in the garden are becoming too much to handle - but I love my chaos in the garden in spite of that... My plants are anyway graciously covering it soon again...

Kind regards from Bavaria in Germany

I live south of Melbourne on the coast, the next major land fall is the south pole. For our native Orchids its cold wet winters to hot summer heat waves and every thing in between. I don't have as many as I used to have when I was showing them I will post a few photos later in the "Lounge"

You have a very nice looking Indian Barb tank. Lights were DIY and pebbles, boulders etc were locally collected, its a pity its a dark photo I have lightened it up for you.
    Perbble%20tank%209.16%20_edited-1.
Its a well laid out natural looking Aquascape.
