    It becomes very good Roy,

I would say either thick planting with big leaves, as if the wood would lay in front of a jungle
or something light with very tiny leaves to give the impression of distance and wideness - (perhaps Soleirolia soleirolii variegated or the yellow green one)

I like what I am seeing its a real KIS.

I also blocked out the ends for you (less distraction)

    RoyFirstPaludarium1614edited-1.
What concerns me is that front central rock, the shape and ruggered look is perfect but it stands out like a search light in comparison to other large rock.

    RoyFirstPaludarium2614edited-1.
Again I filled in the ends plus straightened it up a little.

When the water is added it softened that light coloured rock a little now I hope a natural algae grows on it a little.

RE new plants I would leave it alone for a while and see how the corners develop.

LH Corner is there a tallish plant on the top of the DW.

RH Corner, here you have three choices
1 Continue the slopping of the DW.
2 Start a second valley which then will create a beautiful natural sight flow.
3 Leave alone and see what uncontrolled nature does.

Hi Keith, Thank you :) I agree i hope the stones get some algae on them for a more natural look. The LH side DW has a small java fern on the top.
I will give it a few more weeks to see what the plants do then have a rethink about the back planting :)

There is a medium height narrow leaf Java Fern I have it growing in the back (dark corner) RH corner of the Aquascaped Jebo tank.

Its not fixed to any thing and it stays there slowly growing on and over the Substrate.

HI Keith, One thing with Java fern it will grow anywhere :) Grows very slow though when emersed. I am hoping it will creep over the DW :D

    Roy

I cut the glare out for you it was rather distracting.

Now you can admire it a lot easier and follow a good sight flow.
